At FORMELYRA – Interior Design Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and educational resources. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products sold through our store are digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, guides, templates, workbooks, digital resources, downloadable files, and educational materials.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after they have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

However, we want our customers to have a positive experience. If you experience a technical issue, receive an incorrect file, receive a corrupted file, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.

Where required by applicable law, customers will retain any mandatory rights to refunds, cancellation, or other remedies.

European Union Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once the supply of the digital content begins, provided that you have given your prior express consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Technical Problems

If you experience problems downloading, opening, or accessing your digital product, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem, including providing access instructions or a replacement file where appropriate.

Unauthorized Payment or Fraud

If you believe a purchase was made using your payment method without your authorization, please contact us promptly so that we can review the situation.
