Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

At FORMELYRA – Interior Design Academy, all products sold through our online store are digital products. No physical products will be shipped.

Digital Delivery

All purchases are delivered electronically.

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to your digital product through the download method provided at checkout and/or via the email address used when placing your order.

Digital products are generally available immediately after purchase.

No Physical Shipping

Because our products are entirely digital:

• No physical items will be shipped.
• No shipping address is required for delivery of the digital product, except where information may be required by our checkout or payment provider.
• No shipping fees apply.
• No tracking number will be provided.
• There are no physical delivery times.

Delivery Delays

In most cases, access to your digital product is provided immediately after successful payment.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to payment processing, technical issues, email delivery problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you do not receive or cannot access your digital product after completing your purchase, please check your spam or junk email folder first.

If you still cannot access your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as reasonably possible.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address and cannot access your digital purchase, please contact us with your order information so we can assist you.

International Customers

Our digital products can be purchased by customers in different countries, subject to any applicable restrictions.

Because all products are delivered digitally, no international shipping charges or physical customs fees apply.

Customers remain responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, duties, or other charges associated with their purchase as required by their local laws.
